How Coaching Works

Do you have serious health and weight loss goals which require personalized planning?

I spent thousands of hours researching, reading, getting educated and achieving my personal health success.  Now I take every bit of what I know to help people like you create their own health success story.

I offer weekly, one month and three month programs, including One-on-One coaching to help you plan and navigate through the intricacies of transitioning to a plant based lifestyle, leading to a healthier and happier body and a slimmer waistline.  I do understand that a plant based lifestyle may not be your goal and therefore, my programs are also for individuals who want to eat clean.

Whether you are my next door neighbor, or live anywhere in the world, you can have the same quality support.

Once you book your first coaching sessions, I reach out to you and begin by evaluating your goals, reviewing your personal health history, then spending an hour with you via a video-call to help you navigate the your story of healthier living.

If you live in a nearby area, I am available for a home visit. Complete the form below to get more details.

We will communicate via personal devices (computers and laptops equipped with a microphone and speakers, or a headset are a great choice). If you have no access to a computer we can still arrange to meet via phone calls.

Once I learn more about you, together we will your health and weight goals. I will provide you with a step-by-step action plan.  You will receive plant based recipes, menu planners, and access to me, to help you chip away at your problems one meal at a time.

We will approach weight loss and diet improvement on all levels, leaving no room for failure. I will teach you what to eat, how to cook, and how to set up your house for a healthy living. 

 

Let’s Get It Done In One Day Program – Up to Five Hours.

  • Detailed Health History
  • Intuitive On-One-One Conversation – Pantry Detox
  • 7-Day Personalized Meal Plan – based on your most favorite foods
  • Targeted Grocery Store Tour (yes can be conducted from anywhere)
  • Food/Cooking Class (yes can be conducted from anywhere)

Laser Focused One-On-One Session – The best part of this laser focus session  is that you will have access to me during the week following our meeting via e-mail to ask any pressing question. – No longer excepting new clients at this time.

Initial Coaching Includes:

  • 60-Minute Laser Focus and Shift Breakthrough session, including moving through a Health History Questionnaire
  • Online (SKYPE) or phone consultation
  • One week email follow-up
  • Bonus: you will get access to online private Ohhlicious community to receive ongoing support from people just like you
  • Workout plan and mental exercises to boost your metabolism (yoga, meditation, mindfulness exercises, etc.
  • Tips for deconstructing your cravings, and learning how to overcome your food issues

Follow-Up Sessions

  • You can schedule one ore more coaching sessions, depending on your goals and I support you in getting clean about your wellness goals.

How Many Sessions to Schedule

I would suggest setting up at least one meeting a week or every other week for the first month.

  • 60-Minute Laser Focus and Shift Breakthrough session, including an intimate conversation around your Health History
  • Once Weekly 60-minute in-person, phone or Skype appointments per month

  • Grocery Shopping Tour
  • Bonus: you will get access to online private Ohhlicious community to receive ongoing support from people just like you
  • Your tailored approach to naturally increasing your matabolism through diet and exercise solutions
  • Tips for deconstructing your cravings, and learning how to overcome your food issues
  • Personalized accountability, motivation, and emotional support throughout your journey
